これはマトモな国であれば、虚偽の流布、および人道に対する罪でその組織の役員がクビになり裁判所で裁かれ有罪になり、ホームページは謝罪文とともに正しい文言に書き換えられ、かつ被害者である女性の方々に対しては賠償金が支払われます。
日本では超旧式の世界一危険で非人道的な手法により中絶手術が行われており、日本は長年に渡り国際機関からその大変に危険で非人道的な手術を止め、安全で負担の少ないメディカル・アボーション（通称：中絶薬）に切り替えるよう警告を受け続けていますが、一向に正しません。

Japan's Tragedy surrounding Victims of Crimes
We would like you to know Japan's current situation, which is one of the G7's and is recognized as an advanced country worldwide.

This is a felony equivalent to a very sneaky and cruel murder called "Collective Rape", the judgments made by the incompetent judges of the First Trial are "Criminal Sins" and the term of the prison is longest is "7 years" and shortest is "Suspended Probation".
The disrespectful judgement that insulted the victim (a underage girl), then very angry all over Spain, and huge-scale demonstrations that shake the whole of Spain took place.
And just the other day, the judgement of "Collective Rape" in the second trial,
and "15-year" in prison term.
Japan is in a much worser situation than Spain, it’s not possible at all to understand why many people are indifferent.
Current situation of Sex Crimes in Japan, and coping when damage occurred,
It’s a disaster that can’t be called a developed country in all aspects such as the support of the victims.

That was a long time ago, I won and consolation money is 10 million yen. He hasn’t been paid a cent. I spent Survey costs, Attorney's fees, Litigation costs a lot of money. The decision hasn’t been fulfilled.

犯罪被害者を取り巻く日本の現状
G7の一角を占める、世界的には先進国と認識されている日本の現状を知っていただきたく存じます。
耳の痛いお話もあるかもしれません。聞きたくないこともあるかもしれません。しかし、これらは全て事実、真実であります。
まずはなぜ私がこのようなお話をさせていただくことになったか、その経緯からお伝えしたいと存じます。
私は現在、少しずつではありますが被害者の方々を支援させていただいております。その中で様々なことが分かってきました。知らなければどんなに良かったかと思えるような信じられないこと、到底推定できないようなことの連続の毎日であります。
性犯罪に対する不当で異常な判決が相次ぎ、2019年4月11日に東京で初めてフラワーデモが開催され、反響も大きく瞬く間に拡大しました。その後、毎月11日に全国で開催されています。
現在、日本では賢く勇気のある方々がこの異常な社会を変えようと日々尽力されておられます。ですが、大変に悲しきことに日本政府及び各自治体政府や司法、行政、社会などは冷酷な反応であります。性犯罪はマトモな国では殺人に匹敵する重罪ですが、日本はその事の重大性が理解できていません。大変に悲しく許せないことに、日本では性犯罪を犯罪と捉えていない人々が多く存在し、社会もそのような風潮であります。
1年ほど前にスペインにて、スペイン全土を揺るがす超大規模なデモが発生致しました。これは「集団強姦」という大変に卑劣で残酷な殺人に匹敵する重罪に対し、一審の能無し判事どもが下した判決は「わいせつ罪」、刑期は最も長い者で「7年」、最も短い者で「執行猶予」でした。
このあまりにも被害者の方（未成年の女の子）を侮辱し軽視した判決にスペイン全土が怒り狂い、スペイン全土を揺るがす超大規模なデモが沸き起こりました。
そしてつい先日、二審において「強姦罪」の判決、および「15年」の刑期が下りました。
日本はスペインよりもはるかに酷い状況にありながらも、なぜ多くの方々が無関心でいられるのか、到底理解に至りません。
現在の日本は性犯罪を取り巻く状況、及び被害が発生した際の対処、被害者の支援など全ての面において到底先進国とは呼べない惨状にあります。
ご存知でしょうか？日本は女性が自身で身を守る手段がほとんどありません。例えば、日本では緊急避妊ピルを手に入れることさえ大変に一苦労で異常に高価（30,000円～50,000円くらい）ですし、レイプキットが備えられている医療機関はほとんどありません。
また、被害者の方が責められ、犯罪者が野放しで守られる大変に異常な状況です。これだけでも十分に異常ですが、これだけではありません。
世界中の国々では、安全で身体面および精神面への負担が少ないメディカル・アボーション（通称、中絶薬）による手法が一般的です。これは先進国のみならず、後進国でもそうです。
方や日本は、その安全で負担の少ないメディカル・アボーションを2019年現在、病院では非合法としています。
そして、日本では超旧式で、世界一危険で非人道的な手法により中絶が行われています。
これは大変に野蛮で危険なことであり、虐殺行為に該当します。
日本は長年に渡り国際機関、および国際社会から「世界一危険で非人道的な手法を止め、安全で負担の少ないメディカル・アボーションを採用するよう」警告を受け続けていますが、一向に改めません。
日本では、女性や子どもの健康や生命より殺人ビジネスのほうが大事とハッキリと国際的に意思表示をしています。
日本は長年に渡り大量虐殺を行っており、多くの女性と子どもが被害に遭っています。これは人道に対する罪で国際裁判所で裁かれるべき案件であり、日本の女性と子どもは難民に該当します。
必要な物に対し、このような茨の道。それは何故か？次のことが関連しています。
①異常な女性蔑視 ②医療機関の利権 ③製薬会社の利権 ④厚生省の利権
世界中に国々では低用量ピル、アフターピル（緊急避妊ピル）は薬局やスーパーなどに置いてあり、医師の診察や処方箋など不要であります。また国によってはメディカル・アボーションも薬局や人道機関から入手でき処方箋や医師の診察なども不要であります。価格は低用量ピルは無料～数百円程度、アフターピル（緊急避妊薬）は無料～2,000円程度です。メディカル・アボーション（中絶薬）は無料～10,000円程度。もちろん保険適応。なぜか？それは、絶対に必要なものだからです。ただでさえ苦しい被害者の方の苦しみや被害をこれ以上拡大させないためです。
日本では被害者の方々は全て自身で対処しなければなりません。自身の資金で時間で労力で精神力で、、、証拠を上げ、警察に被害届を受理させて、検察に起訴させて、裁判所で犯罪者を有罪にさせなければなりません。日本の警察は被害届を断ります。日本の検察は起訴を断ります。日本で公表されている犯罪統計のオフィシャルデータは事実から大きくかけ離れています。実態はそれの10,000倍とも100,000倍とも、それ以上とも言われています。
私はこれまでの人生で次の4か国にて被害届を提出したことがあります（内容は様々）。具体的な国名はカナダ、米国、タイ、日本です。この4か国の内、日本を除く国々は文句を言われることもなく、セカンドレイプを受けることもなく、嫌みを言われることもなく、被害者が責められることもなく、届とともにすぐにケースコードが発行されました。しかし日本は、重大犯罪に対し被害届を受け取らない、という大変に信じられない対応でありました。受け取らせないわけにはいきませんので、受け取るよう言い続けると、逆切れを起こして恫喝されました。こんな対応は日本のみでした。日本は被害者が守られず犯罪者が守られます。
日本の犯罪統計の数え方をご存知ですか？日本では次のようになっています。
①犯罪が発生する→
②被害者がその犯罪被害を警察に届ける→
③警察が被害届を受理する（日本は被害届のほとんどが不受理です）→
④警察が検察へ送検する（送検されない件数が多い）→
⑤検察がその件を起訴する（日本の検察はほとんどを不起訴にします）。
ここまでいって初めてカウントです。これで日本の犯罪件数が少ない理由が少しはお分かりかと存じます。
日本で被害者になると本当に悲惨です。現実上誰も助けてくれず、全て自身で対処しなければなりません。それには莫大なる資金と時間、労力がかかります。これらを素人が行うことは非常に大変で、不可能に近いと表現しても過言ではありません。
そして、それらの非常に大変すぎる条件を満たしても、日本の司法は犯罪者に大変に有利にできており被害者に大変に冷酷にできています。
欧州や北米レベルの証拠を提示する→もっときちんとした証拠を示せ、と言われます。では、諜報機関なみの完璧な証拠を提示する→この人は精神状態が普通ではない、由って証拠を証拠として認められない、と言われます。
日本の裁判所や弁護士や警察は、どうしてもこうしても被害者の被害を認めず犯罪者を無罪にしようと試みます。非常に汚い手法を活用しています。世界中の国々であれば絶対に許されないことが平気で行われています。
つまり被害者の方々はどんなに完璧な証拠を示しても、犯罪者が否定をすれば無罪や執行猶予になってしまうという、大変に犯罪者寄りの司法を敷いているのが日本であります。被害者はその被害を証明しなければならないが、犯罪者は犯罪を犯していない、という証明をしなくて良いのです。こんな未開の土地のような司法がG7の一角を占める日本で敷かれています。これが刑事裁判の現状です。
また、民事裁判におきましても、被害者に大変に不利な状況や多大にかかる資金面などをクリアして勝訴を勝ち取ったとしても、実際にきちんと履行されている判決は全体のたったの3% - 4%です。かなり前の話ですが、私は勝訴し慰謝料は1,000万円の額面ですが、1円たりとも支払われておりません。調査費用、弁護士費用、訴訟費用に大金だけがかかり、判決は履行されていません。こんなにも低すぎる履行率、これは明らかに欠陥であります。この欠陥司法を日本は200年近く続けております。
念のためにお伝えしておきますが、犯罪者の側は全て国費で賄われます。証拠集めは警察がしてくれますし、起訴は検察がしてくれますし、資金が十分になければ国選弁護人という名のプロボノ弁護士を付けてもらえます。被害者にはこのような制度は適応されません。被害者は全て自身でしなければなりません。これは人道上大問題です。
これは普通ではありません。大変に異常であります。このような大変に異常な状況であれば、通常は法曹界から「おかしい」「正さなくてはならない」「変えよう」とい声が上がるのですが、非常に不思議なことに、日本では法曹界自らがその動きを邪魔し阻止しています。日本では弁護士の成り立ちを教育していないのでしょうか？人道教育をしていないのでしょうか？なぜそんなにも犯罪者の方を持つのか分かりかねます。
日本には犯罪者を支援する弁護士や団体はたくさんありますが、被害者を支援する弁護士や団体はほとんど存在しません。被害者支援団体という名がつく機関や団体はごく一部に存在しますが、それらは名ばかりで実質的には何の役にも立ちません。被害者の方々は弁護士を見つけることさえ一苦労ですし、たびたびセカンドレイプに遭います。これが殊更犯罪者を有利に立たせます。
これが私を被害者の方を支援する活動を始めさせたきっかけであると存じます。
日本は女性や子どもを巡る対応に問題が多いことは以前から知られており、また長年にも渡り日本は国際機関から警告を受け続けておりますが、一向に正しくなりません。こんなにも女性を不当に差別し、蔑視し、虐待し、搾取し、虐殺し続けている社会は世界中から探しても日本のみです。このような異常な社会はもう終わりにしなければなりません。次の世代まで地獄を味わわせてはなりません。
大変に問題なことに多くの日本の世界中の方々がこの現状をご存知でないのです。知っていただかないことには、この惨状はなかなか変わらないと思います。
2019年はラグビーワールドカップ、2020年はオリンピックと大きな国際イベントが日本にはひかえています。世界中から観光客が来日されることが見込まれます。大変に悲しきことであり許せないことではありますが、このような大きなイベント時は多くの性犯罪被害が発生いたします。悲しいことですが、これが現実です。
ぜひとも日本の現状を知っていただきたく存じます。
