Japan's Current Situation

We would like you to know Japan's current situation, which is one of the G7's and is recognized as an advanced country worldwide.

There may be a painful talk of the ear. You may not want to hear it. But these are all facts and truths.

First of all, I would like to tell you why I came to tell you this story.

It’s very sad and unforgivable, in Japan there are many people don’t recognized SEX CRIMES as crimes, and society is such a trend.

About 2 year ago, it was in 2018,　an extremely large-scale demonstration has occurred that shakes the whole of Spain. This is a felony equivalent to a very sneaky and cruel murder called "collective rape", the judgments made by the incompetent judges of the First CRIMINAL TRIALT was "criminal sins" and the term of the prison is only "7 years".

The disrespectful ruling that insulted the victim (a underage girl) and this judgement made SPAIN too angry and a huge-scale demonstration that shakes the whole of Spain took place.

And just the other day, the judgement of "RAPE CRIME" in the SECOND CRIMINAL TRIAL in 2019 and "15-years" in prison term.

Japan is in a much worser situation than Spain, it’s not possible at all to understand why many people are indifferent.

Current situation of SEX CRIMES in Japan, and coping when damage occurred,

it’s a disaster that can’t called a developed country in all aspects such as the support of the victims.

Do you know? In Japan, there is little way for women to protect themselves.

It’s really miserable to be a victim/s in JAPAN. In reality no one can help you and you have to deal with it all yourself. It takes a huge amount of money, time and efforts. It’s very difficult for an amateur to do these things, and it’s no exaggeration to say that it’s nearly impossible.

And even if you meet those very hard conditions, JAPAN's judiciary has a great advantage over criminals and is very cruel to victims.

The victim/s present/s evidence at the European and North American levels → It’s said that you should show more proper evidence.

Then, victim/s present/s perfect evidence like an intelligence agency → it’s said this person is not normal in mental condition, and the evidence is not recognized as evidence.

JAPAN's courts, lawyers and police are in this way, they don’t recognize the victim's damage and try to innocent offenders.

They use a very dirty technique, countries in the world are absolutely not forgiven .

In other words, no matter how perfect the victim’s eviences are, if criminals denies, who will be innocent or suspended probation. It’s JAPAN that Justice is highly advantageous to criminals.

The victims must prove the damage, but offenders have not committed crimes that’s not necessary to prove that.

The judiciary like this kind of unexplored land is laid in JAPAN, which occupies one corner of the G7.

This is the current state of the CRIMINAL TRIALS.

Also in the CIVIL TRIALS, even if the victim/s has/have been overcome by clearing the situation that is extremely disadvantageous to the victim/s and even if you clear the money and so on and win the case, The verdict that is actually properly fulfilled is only 3%-4% of the whole.

I think this is the reason why I started to support the victims.

It has long been known that JAPAN has many problems dealing with women and children. JAPAN has been receiving warnings from international organizations for many years, but never be correct at all.

This society is only JAPAN if you look for it from all over the world, there’re Unfair Woman Discrimination, Stare, Abuse, Exploit and Continues to Slaughter.

The big problem is that many Japanese people don’t know this situation.

I think this misery isn’t likely to change if you don’t know.

The Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2020, there will be major international events in Japan. It’s expected that tourists from around the world will come to Japan.

It’s a very sad thing and an unforgivable, but during such a large events, many sexual crimes occur. It is sad, but this’s a reality in any time in any countries.
