We strongly urge to the Government of Japan, the Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the Japan’s Ministry of Justice, the Japan Pharmaceutical Association and the Japanese Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. (Deadline is until the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.)

Despite paying the same amount of insurance (sometimes women are more expensive than men), women's medical treatments are often not covered by insurance, and also If a medical institution thinks you are a pregnant, you have to pay extra charges for maternity without evidence. This is Completely Discrimination, and this situation is unusual in developed countries.

-1- Low-dose pills will be available anytime at supermarkets and pharmacies at appropriate prices (free to several hundred Yen($5)) in accordance with the standards of the international. Those with insufficient income, students and victims are free of charge. Medical examinations and prescriptions by doctors aren’t necessary in accordance with the standards of the international. (The view of the international is that it is just making money and unnecessary repression and control for women)

-2- Emergency contraceptive pills will be available anytime at supermarkets and pharmacies at appropriate prices (free to 2,000Yen($20)) in accordance with the standards of the international. Those with insufficient income, students and victims are free of charge. Medical examinations and prescriptions by doctors aren’t necessary in accordance with the standards of the international. (Same as -1-)

-3- Stop the world's most dangerous and inhuman extravagant old style surgery and switch to a medical abortion which is safe and less burdened for physically and mentally that is the standards of the international.

Medical abortion will be available at supermarkets, pharmacies, medical institutions, at appropriate prices (free to 15,000 Yen($150)) in accordance with the standards of the international. Those with insufficient income, students and victims are free of charge. Medical examinations and prescriptions by doctors aren’t necessary in emergency in accordance with the standards of the international. (The view of the international is that it is just making money and unnecessary repression and control for women)

-4- Install the rape kit at all medical institutions. Also, thorough education of technology and human rights to medical doctors, pharmacists and nurses working at medical institutions who don't let the second rape to the victims by the health care workers get rampant at the medical institutions.

-5- Make strict penalties under the penal code for those who don’t comply with the above, Make strict penalties under the Penal Code.

Because of there are many laws and ordinances without penalties in Japan, but there don't make sense.

EX.-1-) Article 14 of the Constitution of Japan

All citizens are equal under the law and are not discriminated in political, economic, social relations, race, creed, gender, social status or class/origin.

But in reality is women and vulnerable have suffered all sorts of discrimination and those who have discriminated against have not reflected on them and have not paid for their sins. It means laws without penalties don't make any sense.

EX.-2-) Article 23 of the Constitution of Japan and 26 Article of the Constitution of Japan

Article 23. Ensure academic freedom.

In reality, if you don't have the money, you can't get good educations.

Article 26-1. All citizens are equally entitled to education according to capacity, as required by law.

Article 26-2. All citizens are obliged to have their children under protection receive general education, as required by law. Compulsory education is free.

In reality, women who are just women are forced to reject schools, universities, qualifications and companies.

A few years ago, the Japanese scandals ran around the world. The scandals are

Japanese medical schools have been forcibly dropping an excellent woman and forcing a non-excellent man to pass.

They did make excuses to saying that is very insulting, for example, because these medical schools are private, not violate the law that very insulting victims, but these aren’t excuses, because Japanese medical schools (Imperials, states and privates) spend a lot of money from government funding, and the amount is about 100,000,000 yen($1,000,000) or more per student. These money comes from the high taxes we paid.

And also this is violate the law.

Such illegal entrance examinations are conducted not only by medical schools but also by other schools.

The victim has no guarantee and the perpetrators have not paid for their sins at all. It means laws without penalties don't make any sense.

Everyone in Japan and in the world, Japan is an advanced country that occupies one corner of the G7, but that is the face of the face up.

The facts of the developed countries have serious humanitarian and human rights problems, which are worse than those of the underdeveloped countries.

NOT ONLY WOMEN but also MEN are VICTIMS.

As an example, Japan has a very large amount of harassment damage such as sexual harassment, power harassment and moral harassment in comparison with foreign countries. And there is virtually no support for the victims, and there’s virtually no punishment for criminals. This is not a normal thing. It is a very unusual situation. I can understand that because I grow up and live in various countries and regions all over the world.

Why not improve it forever in such a terrible situation so far?

It’s in the education and people that make up that society in Japan. In Japan, there is no education to “think by yourself”.

The textbooks can be memorized, and the teacher's desired answer can be answered.

Such children / people are wisely called good children / people, go to a place called good school, and work for a good company. The child who has a question is scorned and pressed down with speech sealing and force killing it completely.

Because we are born and raised in such a society, people have a great deal of stress from adults to children, and the stress is directed towards being weaker than themselves in the form of harassment and bullying. And there are very few people who actually take action, even if they feel something is wrong.

I often hear in Japan “does nothing to change such a thing.”

But please listen carefully. This isn't correct. “It CHANGES only because we ACT” Just waiting is a disastrous repression. LET'S ACT!! STAND UP NOW!!

We are responsible for the international community, as Japan has a responsibility of G7, and that must lead the world. There are many countries and institutions don’t say anything that receive huge financial support from Japan.

Will you forget it? Only 100 years ago, many countries all over the world were absolute monarchies. It’s now mostly democratic.

Do you know why? It is because our predecessors came up for humanity and human rights.

Please help us to change the inhuman treatment of Japanese women and children.

Thank you for your cooperation.
