女性と男性は同額の（時として女性の方がより高額）保険料を支払っているにも関わらず、女性関連医療に保険適応外が多かったり、妊娠をしていると医療機関側からの勝手な推測をされると証拠がなくとも妊婦加算（多方面から大批判を浴び2019年に一時的に中止になりましたが再開されるであろうとの予測）を取られるという現状は異常です。これは完全なる差別であり、先進国でこの現状は異常です。

世界中の国々では、スーパーマーケット、薬局、医療機関にて国際基準に沿って適切な価格（無料から15,000円まで）で利用可能であるため、日本においても国際基準に沿い整備をする。収入が不十分な方、学生の方、被害者の方は無償とする。医師による健康診断や処方箋は、国際規格に従って緊急時には不要とする。（その方の被害を最小限にくい留めることが最も重要であるため人道的観点に立つこと）

-4-すべての医療機関にレイプ・キットを整備する。そして医療従事者による被害者の方へのセカンドレイプを横行させないように医療機関で働く医師、薬剤師、看護師などに対する技術と人権の教育を徹底する。（大変に由々しきことであるが、現在の日本においてはレイプ・キットが備えられている医療機関はごく一部しかなく、また被害者の方へのセカンドレイプが横行している）

-5-上記に準拠していない者や機関には、刑法の下で厳格な刑罰を科す。

現在の日本には罰則規定を伴わない法律がたくさんあるが、そのほとんどは守られていない。罰則規定がない法律では意味がない。

すべて国民は、法の下に平等であつて、人種、信条、性別、社会的身分又は門地により、政治的、経済的又は社会的関係において、差別を受けない。

華族その他の貴族の制度は、これを認めない。

栄誉、勲章その他の栄典の授与は、いかなる特権も伴はない。栄典の授与は、現にこれを有し、又は将来これを受ける者の一代に限り、その効力を有する。

しかし、実際には、女性と脆弱な人々はあらゆる種類の差別に苦しんでおり、差別した人々は被害者たちに対して罪の代価も支払っていません。 つまり、罰則のない法律は意味をなさないということです。

例２）日本国憲法　第23条および日本国憲法　第26条（条文抜粋）

23条：学問の自由は、これを保障する。

26条-1：すべて国民は、法律の定めるところにより、その能力に応じて、ひとしく教育を受ける権利を有する。

26条-2：すべて国民は、法律の定めるところにより、その保護する子女に普通教育を受けさせる義務を負ふ。義務教育は、これを無償とする。

しかし、実際には、たんに女性であるというだけで、女性は学校、大学、資格、企業を落とされています。入学・入社する機会さえ、男性と比較をしてほとんどありません。
数年前、日本のスキャンダルは世界中を駆け巡りました。そのスキャンダルは日本の多くの医学部が、優秀な女性を無理やり強制的に落とし、優秀でない男性を無理やり強制的に合格させています。これは今でも続いています。

その憲法違反をした者たちや組織は、言い訳にもなっていない人様を侮辱したような寝ぼけたことを繰り返しています。例えば、これらの医学部は私学であるから～、違反ではない～、などなど。

しかし、この言い訳は全く通りません。なぜならば、日本の医学部（旧帝国、国立、公立、私立）は、政府の予算から多くの資金を費やしており、その金額は学生1人あたり1億円以上です。 これらのお金は、私たちが支払った高い税金から来ています。
また、これは憲法に違反しています。
このような憲法違反入試は、医学部だけでなく他の学校でも実施されています。

被害者は保証を得られておらず、加害者や加害組織は全く罪を償ってもいなければ、全く反省もしていません。つまり、罰則規定のない法律は意味を成さないということです。

日本はG7の一角を占める先進国ですが、それは表向きです。

This is a felony equivalent to a very sneaky and cruel murder called "collective rape", the judgments made by the incompetent judges of the First CRIMINAL TRIALT was "criminal sins" and the term of the prison is only "7 years".

The disrespectful ruling that insulted the victim (a underage girl) and this judgement made SPAIN too angry and a huge-scale demonstration that shakes the whole of Spain took place.

And just the other day, the judgement of "RAPE CRIME" in the SECOND CRIMINAL TRIAL in 2019 and "15-years" in prison term.

Japan is in a much worser situation than Spain, it’s not possible at all to understand why many people are indifferent.

Current situation of SEX CRIMES in Japan, and coping when damage occurred,

it’s a disaster that can’t called a developed country in all aspects such as the support of the victims.

And even if you meet those very hard conditions, JAPAN's judiciary has a great advantage over criminals and is very cruel to victims.

The victim/s present/s evidence at the European and North American levels → It’s said that you should show more proper evidence.

Then, victim/s present/s perfect evidence like an intelligence agency → it’s said this person is not normal in mental condition, and the evidence is not recognized as evidence.

JAPAN's courts, lawyers and police are in this way, they don’t recognize the victim's damage and try to innocent offenders.

They use a very dirty technique, countries in the world are absolutely not forgiven .

In other words, no matter how perfect the victim’s eviences are, if criminals denies, who will be innocent or suspended probation. It’s JAPAN that Justice is highly advantageous to criminals.

This is the current state of the CRIMINAL TRIALS.

日本における女性や子どもへの非人道的な待遇

2019年の今でも女性や子どもたちの置かれている状況は数百年前のままです。

日本において女性や子どもを巡る状況に著しく問題があることは以前から知られており、日本はここ数十年間に渡り国際社会および国際機関から悲惨で非人道的な状況を改善するよう警告を受けて続けていますが、一向に改められていません。

【１．低用量ピルに関して】

日本では2006年まで低用量ピルが非合法でした。つまり女性が自身の身を守る手段が一切ありませんでした。それにも関わらず、日本は男性への性教育を行わず、全ての被害と犠牲を女性と女の子に押し付けてきました。大変に非人道的なことです。国際社会および国際機関からも長年に渡り警告を受け続けていました。

その国際社会および国際機関からの再三に渡る警告が数十年にも渡り、やっとのことで2006年に低用量ピルが合法化されました。しかし低用量ピルが合法化されてからも保険診療外であり、医療機関にもよりますが20,000円から50,000円という異常に高価であり、それを女性からぼったくっていました。その後、保険診療化はされましたが、今度は薬品の価格が３倍以上になり、医療機関と処方箋薬局と合わせて今でも10,000円くらいはかかります。

これは諸外国と比較をすると飛びぬけて異常な高価さであります。諸外国では、先進国でも無料～高くても数百円です。また、諸外国では薬局やスーパーで不自由なく手に入り、医師の診察や処方箋などといったものは不要であります。

何故か？必要な物だからです。女性の身体には必要なものなのです。女性と男性は身体構造が異なります。こんなに高くては学生や所得の高くない方は入手できません。これでは女性の健康と生命を守れず、また人道上の観点からも大問題であります。

日本が諸外国と比較をして異常に高く、また大変に不便な状況は、次のことが関連しています。

①異常な女性蔑視　②医療機関の利権　③製薬会社の利権　④厚生省の利権

【２．アフターピル（緊急避妊薬）に関して】

アフターピル（緊急避妊薬）は世界中の国々では薬局やスーパーで手に入ります。価格は無料～高くても2,000円程度です。国や地域にもよりますが、薬局で薬剤師から入手する国や地域、スーパーやコンビニなどで自身で入手する国や地域、いずれに致しましても、日本の惨状のようにアフターピルを探してたくさんの医療機関に問い合わせたり、その医療機関からセカンドレイプに遭ったり、アフターピルが入手できないということがありません。

何故か？必要な物だからです。傷ついている方に対し、これ以上の悲しみや損害を与えないために、最小限の被害にとどめるためにも必要なものだからです。

アフターピルを取り巻く日本の現状は下記の通りです。

日本では、アフターピル（緊急避妊薬）を置いている医療機関はほとんどありません。よって入手することが非常に困難を極めます。仮に入手ができても、諸外国と比較をすると到底信じられないような大金をぼったくります。価格はその医療機関にもよりますが、20,000円～50,000円くらいです。この大金は犯罪者に請求をするわけではなく、被害者からぼったくります。

必要な物に対し、このような茨の道。それは何故か？次のことが関連しています。

①異常な女性蔑視　②医療機関の利権　③製薬会社の利権　④厚生省の利権

先日、アフターピルのオンライン処方に関する検討会が日本の東京にて開催されましたが、これは本当に酷いものでした。地球で行われている検討会とは思えないほどの内容でした。

この会議は日本の産婦人科医が集まり意見を交わす会議ですが、女性はたった一人のみで、残りの10名以上は全て男性、しかも異常なほどの女性蔑視主義者たちで非常に高齢者ばかりでした。議論もまったくトンチンカンで、これが国の会議かと耳を疑う内容でした。一例は下記の通りであります。

「女性が悪用するかも」→！？？悪用？？？女性が？？あり得ない。なぜなら負担がかかるのは女性自身なのだから。悪用するのは間違いなく悪い男。しかし、その悪い男のことは一言も言わず、全ての犠牲と被害と責任を不当に女性に押し付けている。

「若い女性は知識がない」→この女性蔑視主義者の老害どもよりはるかにあるだろう。なぜなら被害を被るのは女性自身なのだから。

「外国では～と言われたところで我が国とは文化も状況も違うので、同じにするわけにはいかない」→！？？国際社会から異常にかけ離れている。これは先進国のみならず後進国と比較をしても。そんなことだから国際社会から「殺人組織」などと比喩されるのです。

ご存知でしょうか？日本産婦人科学会は長年に渡り国際社会から「殺人組織」と呼ばれ、早急に人権と人道を尊重するよう警告を受け続けていますが、一向に改心しません。

「性犯罪被害者に限りオンライン処方を条件付きで認める方向で検討する」→？？？気は確かか！？？認める？？？（何様のつもりだ！？？）いつの時代のどこの星の話でしょうか？？

学校の学級会以下の基準で国の会議が行われていることに愕然と致します。

つまるところ、これは異常なほどの女性蔑視からきています。しかも大変に問題なことに、これがいかに異常であるか、いかに女性蔑視であるのか、そのことにさえ気が付いていない人々が日本に多くおられます。

日本は女性を男性のコントロール下に置いておかないと気が済まないのです。女性が自身で決定するなど、女性が自主的に避妊などをして自身の身を守ることは死んでも許せない、というのが日本であります。

由って大変に入手困難であるし、どうしても必要という女性からはバカみたいな大金をぼったくる、まるで賠償金かのごとく。本来は悪人の男からぼったくらなければならないはずだが、被害者の女性からぼったくります。

女性や子どもの健康や生命よりも殺人ビジネスが大切、という日本産婦人科学会の立場は数十年に渡り一貫して変わっておりません。またこれらの殺人ビジネスに対し何の処罰も改善もしない日本国政府も同罪であります。

大変に信じられないことですが、これが2019年現在の日本です。

先日のアフターピルのオンライン処方に関する全く的外れで時代錯誤な検討会を受け、厚生労働省の担当部局へはたくさんの批判のメッセージが寄せられました。それにも関わらず、その批判（国民の意見）に全く耳を傾ける気はなく、そのたくさんの批判のメッセージを議題にあげることすらしていません。

もう限界です。これ以上の我慢はできません！これ以上、殺人ビジネスに黙っていることはできません！！まさに #TimesUP であります！！

【３．レイプキットに関して】

また、日本ではレイプキットを備えている医療機関はほとんどありません。これでは重要な証拠を取り逃がします。正確な話をすれば、レイプキットがなくても証明はできるのですが、日本の警察、検察、裁判所はこの先進的な方法を絶対に採用しません。理由は下記の通りであります。

①この方法は言い逃れが不可能だからです。言い逃れが不可能なので、男の犯罪者を無理やり無罪にすることができませんので、この画期的な方法を採用しません。

②その画期的な方法に対応できる医療機関が皆無に近い状況だからです。日本の医療技術は先進国から後れをとっております。

【４．次にメディカル・アボーションに関して】

世界中の国々では、安全で身体面および精神面への負担が少ないメディカル・アボーションによる手法が一般的です。これは先進国のみならず、発展途上国や後進国でもそうです。

方や日本は、その安全で負担の少ないメディカル・アボーションを2019年現在、非合法としています。

そして、日本では超旧式で、世界一危険で非人道的な手法により中絶手術が行われています。

これは大変に危険で野蛮なことであり、虐殺行為に該当します。

メディカル・アボーションは最も安全で負担の少ない手法だという見解が国際社会では既に確立されております。日本が行っている世界一危険な手術より余程出血量は多くありません。

これは通常の国であれば、この組織の責任者たちは“虚偽の告知”および“人道に対する罪”で有罪になり、そのような誤った文言はすぐに正しく改められ、その組織の役員たちはクビになります。

日本は、女性や子どもの健康や生命より殺人ビジネスのほうが大事と長年に渡りハッキリと国際的に意思表示をしています。

レイプキットを全ての医療機関に設置する。またこれに伴い、現在のように医療機関にて医療従事者による被害者の方へのセカンドレイプが横行しないよう、医療機関で働く医師、薬剤師、看護師などに技術と人権の教育を徹底して行う。

日本の皆様、世界中の皆様、日本はG7の一角を占める先進国でありますが、それは表向きの顔です。その先進国の実情は人道と人権に著しく問題があり、それは後進国よりも酷い状況にあります。これは女性のみならず男性も被害者であります。その一例を挙げますと、日本は諸外国と比較をしてセクシャルハラスメント、パワーハラスメント、モラルハラスメントなどのハラスメント被害が非常に大きいです。そしてその被害者への支援が実質上全くなく、また犯罪者への処罰も実質上行われていません。これは普通のことではありません。大変に異常な状況です。世界中の様々な国や地域で育ち生活をしているからそれがよく分かります。

ここまで酷い状況でなぜいつまでたっても改善されないのか？

それは、日本の社会、そしてその社会を構成する人々の教育にあります。日本では“自身で考える”という教育がありません。教科書を暗記させられ、教師の望む通りの回答を答えさせられる。そういう子たち/人たちが賢く良い子/人と呼ばれ、良い学校と呼ばれるところへ進学し良い企業というところへ就職します。疑問を持つ子/人をあざ笑い侮辱し言論封殺し力で押さえつけ徹底的に潰します。そういった社会で生まれ育つのですから、人々は大人から子どもまで非常にストレスを抱えており、そのストレスがハラスメント、いじめという形で自身よりも弱い方へ向かってしまうのです。そして何かおかしいと感じても実際に行動を起こす方が非常に少ないのです。

“そんなことしたって何も変わらない”という人をバカにした発言を日本ではよく耳にします。

しかし、よく聞いてください。これは正しくありません。“行動するからこそ変わるのです”待っているだけでは悲惨な抑圧をされたままです。行動しましょう！
